I confirmed with my contact at Thule that you can actually go with the Wingbar Evo Crossbars 53" Black # TH711420 (or Silver Crossbars # TH711400) along with Feet # TH710501 and Fit Kit # TH145129. The reason that this fits your 2012 Toyota Prius V with the sunroof is because the feet clamp onto your door jam and do not rest on the glass.

To install the Rightline Gear Sport 3 # RL100S30 you will attach the strap over the rubber door seals and clip on the back lip of the rubber seal. Closing your door will keep the strap end in place.
